LEVEL 2 OFFENDERS
Level 2 Offenders are those persons who have taken money more than once and made zero effort to repay their debts. Their amounts tend to be higher than Level 1 Offenders and their attitude about paying the money back is much worse.
Shan Meruga of Duluth Georgia is a 2 time offender who
received 10 thousand dollars of credit and made no effort
to pay it back. He blames bots for his losses and openly
laughs at the person who he owes the money to.
Tim Young aka Buddha of Miami Florida stole 33 thousand
dollars from an agent and disappeared. He is nowhere to be found and has not paid any of the debt back
Joe Ford of Eau Claire Wisconsin lost 14 thousand dollars on sports betting and refuses to pay the agent. Upon contact Joe has stated multiple times he is not going to pay the debt off and doesn't care what impact that has on him
